THE FOLLOWING C# CODE WAS TESTED OK.IT USES TNSNAMES ENTRY.
Note: TNSName is CASE SENSITIVE EVEN IF SQLPLUS IS WORKING OK FOR A TNSNAMES ENTRY, ASP.NET MAY NOT WORK SOMETIMES.It may generate an Error: COULD NOT RESOLVE CONNECT IDENTIFIER". This may be due to missing of proper file permission to reach the tnsnames.ora file by the Oracle Server.
